4. Pricing, Currency & Taxes

  • All prices listed on this store are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless specified otherwise.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to exchange rate fluctuations, customs duty changes, or import tariffs.

  • Applicable Sales Tax / Federal Excise Duty (FED) levied by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) or provincial revenue authorities will be charged at checkout where mandated by Pakistani law.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Courier Inspection Policy

  • In accordance with standard operating procedures of courier partners in Pakistan (e.g., TCS, Leopards Courier, Trax, CallCourier, M&P), packages cannot be opened or inspected prior to paying the courier agent the Cash on Delivery amount.

  • To protect against fraud or missing items, customers are required to record an uninterrupted Unboxing Video starting from the sealed package state. This video serves as mandatory primary evidence for any transit-damage or wrong-item claims.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, HS Market shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays in delivery caused by third-party courier logistics, weather disturbances, strike actions, or government-imposed road blockades/checkpoints.

  • Minor color or cosmetic variations between actual products and screen displays resulting from digital lighting or monitor settings.

8. Fraud Prevention & Order Authorization

We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or hold any order suspected of fraudulent activity, fake Cash on Delivery bookings, or unauthorized credit card usage. Submitting fraudulent orders using fake names, false delivery addresses, or invalid contact numbers constitutes an offense under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 (PECA), and may be reported to law enforcement agencies, including the FIA Cybercrime Wing.
